Common questions Get An RMA

EF Tech's service department exists to ensure that your electrofusion processors and accessories remain in top working condition for as long as you intend to use them .  Our qualified technicians have the skills and equipment required to diagnose and fix problems ranging from a dirty connector to a low level circuit board repair.

The service department provides free, lifetime telephone support for all of our products.  Do not hesitate to give us a call if you are having problems with any of our products.  Please have the following information available when contacting the service department:

Unfortunately, not all problems can be solved over the phone.  If your product must be returned to the factory for service, please obtain an RMA from the service department before shipping the processor.  By obtaining an RMA, you ensure that your unit will have priority status when it arrives at the factory. 

Unlike most companies, we will accept products returned without an RMA number, however, items returned without an RMA are repaired on a time permitting basis.  All units with RMA numbers will be completed before we start to work on a unit without an RMA number.
