The Phoenix  Barcode processor is a UNIVERSAL processor powered by an AC generator.  Using the attached barcode wand, a user simply needs to scan the barcode attached to the fitting in order to enter the required data to perform a fusion.  The barcode method of fitting identification is fast becoming the standard in the United States. All U.S. fitting manufacturers now barcode their electrofusion fittings.  By using a UNIVERSAL processor, you will no longer be tied to a single fitting supplier.  The freedom to buy fittings from multiple vendors will allow you to shop for the best price and SAVE MONEY.

The Phoenix Barcode Electrofusion Processor is a reliable, easy-to-use, rugged tool designed to withstand conditions found at construction sites in North America.  This AC-powered, UNIVERSAL barcode processor  is splash proof and highly shock resistant.  The input and output cables are field replaceable.  The processor can fuse fittings at voltages ranging from 8 to 48 volts at up to 80 Amps.  Quick disconnect fitting adaptors and barcode technology allow the processor to easily identify and fuse fittings from any fitting manufacturer.

The Phoenix Barcode Electrofusion Processor can be operated in either the Barcode or Manual modes and requires minimal operator training.

The Phoenix Barcode Electrofusion Processor is available in a solid stainless steel frame package, or in a rugged suitcase style enclosure with a handle.  Both units have the same specifications (except for the outside dimensions) and have the same user interface.
