EF Technologies is enhancing our yearly calibration and upgrade service by including an optional extended warranty program.  This extended warranty is not a watered down version of our new product warranty, it is the same as our new product warranty. All parts and labor as well as the return shipping charges are covered.  Any electrofusion processor made by EF Technologies is eligible for this extended warranty.

If you elect to set up 10 or more processors on the extended warranty program, EF Technologies will loan you one additional processor to keep at your facility for the duration of the extended warranty. If you experience a problem with one of the processors covered under the extended warranty, you will be able to use this “hot spare” as a replacement while we perform the required repairs on your unit.

This “hot spare” concept means that you will have ZERO DOWN TIME because you will always have a loaner on site.
