Until now, calibration of Control Boxes was a process that took time and had to be performed by a trained technician in a laboratory environment. Customers would have to send their Control Box to a qualified facility to have the operation performed about once per year. The resultant down time usually of at least one week including time in transit combined with the time while the control box was being calibrated resulted in cost to the customer of shipping fees and lost productivity.
Our Solution: To combat the undesirable down time and increased shipping costs encountered by our customers during Control Box calibration, EF Technologies presents the Auto-Cal system to enable user to perform field calibrations of their Control Boxes. The Auto-Cal System is a relatively small, lightweight device that can be sent to a customer’s facility to automatically calibrate their Control Boxes. Down time is reduced as there is no shipping is involved turning a week or more process turns into a half hour process.
